National assembly speaker Kenneth Marende is challenging institutions of higher learning in the country to offer quality education in order to enable their graduates to fit in the emerging job markets. Speaking during the 32nd graduation ceremony of Daystar University, Marende urged the ministry of higher education to urgently table the universities bill and promised to lobby mps to pass it.
