Carol Gatura is a News Anchor and Senior News Reporter. Since joining K24 in November 2008, she has interviewed a variety of guests, including Nobel Laureate Wangari Maathai on the Mau  Forest Controversy, Brand Kenya Chairman,Hannington Gaya on the Brand Kenya Initiative. Carol has also reported on various issues such as the World Aids Day, Mau Forest Saga and she also broke the news on the resignation of former Justice Minister Martha Karua.

Prior to joining K24, Carol worked at CNBC Africa - Nairobi Bureau, working as a business news reporter. She covered various business stories and also interviewed various personalities, such as Regional Reach Managing Director, Rose Kimotho.

Carol has interned with Trans World Radio and Hope FM where she produced various radio programs and did voice-over commercials.

Carol was born in Nairobi and holds a BA in Communication, Electronic Media major from Daystar University.
